Well-being, Stress Management and Mindfulness

Well-being, mindfulness and stress management are all very important for ensuring your employees stay productive and highly motivated.  But creating peak performance can take a toll, and getting in touch with our bodies and reading messages of potential burn-out can be really important for sustainable well-being.  We add a psychological approach to art and drama based workshops.
  • Using clay, we get our hands dirty and have fun while exploring our emotions and creative side
  • Using drama, we work together to develop our sense of self and togetherness and explore different ways of presentations to uncover more about our thinking and feelings
​But we keep the practical in focus too, with all activities aimed at improving our knowledge of ourselves and others and how this can make us more productive in a sustainable way​
